还记得在大三期末，我发现我的牙齿很敏感。咬下东西的时候，有点酸酸的感觉。就拿了电话镜子照一照，才发现在我的左下和右下最深处的牙齿里有黑黑色的纹路。才急忙上 Google 查看，蛀牙相关的照片。惊觉发现真的是啊，感觉像蛀牙。 一向来除了在学校有的定期牙齿检查，基本上我家对牙齿和口腔卫生知识都不太认识。所以也很没什么到外面牙医那里去定期检查牙齿和洗牙等。所以因为蛀牙我得去看了。 那时候因为时间上的问题所以就去补牙，然后也没什么。渐渐的一年后我发现，怎样我自己在刷牙的时候也发现了很多蛀牙。都在牙缝，明明刷了牙，怎么还有蛀牙。问了牙医才发现很可能因为我没有用牙线的习惯导致蛀牙，而且还是很多颗。 下面要来分享一些我自己学到的一些牙齿知识。 PART I: 牙刷 通常建议选择的牙刷都是的都是： 软刷毛  可以更容易深入牙缝和牙龈沟，达到清洁牙齿功效。 但也不能太软，因为太软的话起不到更 好 的清洁牙齿功效 太硬的牙刷毛会 太会伤害到牙龈和牙齿。 相信你会问，怎样叫软？ 方法一：买牙刷时可用手指轻轻压住刷毛，若有明显的刺激感说明刷毛太硬 方法二：买牙刷时可用用牙刷在前手臂内侧，来回刷，若有明显的刺激感说明刷毛太硬 小头 有很高的精准度，能清洁口腔每一个部位，但刷牙花费的时间长。 通常可以覆盖一至两颗牙齿。 适中的牙刷毛长度 太长的牙刷毛会导致难进入最深处的大牙，不方便清洗 建议都在 每三个月换一次牙刷，原因是： 刷毛上积累的细菌就会越多 弯曲磨合磨损，会影...

最近在手机里发现我记录了在大学去过的地点。接下来就记录一些些自己对每个地方的回忆，看法及感受呗。 Shopping Mall / Center 在 KL / Selangor Mall 真的多到一个点啊，不像北海，只有两间Mall😂。 One Utama (1U) 做交通工具从我宿舍（KK8）去最方便到的Mall。因为有 MRT Bus 然后到了 PhileoDamansara 站坐到 One Utama 站下车，就可以走路到达的地方。 但是，据说驾车去很远。一开始还不懂可以通过 One Utama Hotel 的旁门为 Shortcut，走了好几次的冤枉路啊 也是去吃 ROCKU Yakiniku Lunch BBQ 的地方 也是一个时常可以去 Redeem Maxis MCD Free Ice Cream 和 Texas Promote Voucher 的地方 再来，也是在那边和男友还有朋友(YunXin）看 Marvel End Game 和吃 Sushi King 的地方 也是，可以满足我想吃面的欲望的地方 ——— 有间面馆 还有，可以找到华文书占大数的地方 ——— Popular 还记得去Genting时，也是在这里上Genting巴士的 Sunway Pyramid 我只有印象我好像去了一次？那时候是First Year刚刚开学不就，约了以前KMPP的朋友们一起去的。那时候好像还白白花了一个 RM10 做了 BRT （世上最浪费钱的一次）醉了哈哈，由于交通费太高所以First year 后我好像就没有去了？应该没有去了 Mid Valley 一个大家常会提到的Mall，但是个人不怎么喜欢这个Mall，不懂有什么东西可以逛，也不懂可以吃什么。除了PADINI，我想不到有什么原因要去那边了哈哈 可是 Intern 星期五放工后一直去那里，因为想吃 Sushi King 好像也是在 Popular 外面的 Sushi counter 吃，其实价钱便宜但是我觉得CP值不高，因为分量不行哈哈 也是一个在Final Year的时候才发现，可以不坐 Rapid bus 回宿舍的交通工具途径 就是说, 可以不坐 North Court 的 T788/790，可以等 South Court T817 MRT Bus, 做到 Pusat Bandar Damansara ...
